At PubGene AS, we are working on very interesting projects in the interface between molecular biology and computer science. We are constantly looking for talented developers and researchers that can contribute to our team. Our aim is to continue to improve our toolbox to facilitate better understanding of clinical and biological data by developing algorithms and data resources. Currently we have two ongoing Eurostars projects aiming to improve detection of new pathogens and faster identification of bacterial resistance mechanisms in patients. In both projects we will develop methods to support the researchers with relevant informatics and analytics. Alongside these projects we continue to work on our Coremine platform and to refine our Coremine Medical, Coremine Oncology, and Coremine Pathway tools.
