PubGene obtains BIA-funding for the ”GenomeMiner” software tool

GenomeMiner is a software tool, enabling personalized cancer medicine. The tool will facilitate the interpretation of complex genome mutation profiles extracted from a patient’s tumor. GenomeMiner will act as a guide helping the oncologist to match driver or druggable mutations from a tumor to relevant molecular pathways, tailored therapies, and clinical trials relevant for an individual patient.

Closure on Invento agreement

Signs agreement with Invento on Open innovation between PubGene and researchers affiliated with Oslo University Hospital (OUH). This will enable an innovative meeting ground where researchers from PubGene and OUH can meet and discuss new innovative ideas common for both organizations.
