PubGene Analysis is also available for local installation on your personal computer or a server at your organization. In the hands of the user, the Local and Online version of PubGene Analysis are identical. But the local option allows subscribers to "get under the hood" of PubGene and "tweek" content. Local installation is therefore an option that is most appropriate for those with advanced computing and database management skills and who have proprietary information that they wish to integrate into PubGene databases or dictionaries.
